Between 21-23rd of March, Zep will exhibit at the annual HRC event.
For three days, visitors will have the opportunity to meet and connect with over 1,500 suppliers from across food and drink, professional catering equipment, design, décor and hospitality technology to discover the latest products specifically for hotel, restaurant and catering professionals.

HRC also welcomes a number of exciting features to the event, including: the opportunity to watch the UK’s top chefs and culinary experts to cook at The Staff Canteen Live; renowned industry speakers to discuss the latest trending topics on the Vision and Tech X stages; and HRC will also host the UK’s most prestigious cooking competition - International Salon Culinarie (ISC).

ISC has continued to be regarded as one of the world’s top competitions for chefs for over a century. The competitions have been a platform for chefs of all levels from the talented young chefs training at college, to those who are well established and firmly on their culinary career journey. As official cleaning and hygiene partners for the event, Zep will be involved in the judging and awarding at the ISC, paying particular attention to hygiene standards of competitors.
