WHAT IS QUALITY?

E' the set of all those features that give a product or service's ability to meet the needs expressed or not (ISO 8402). And 'therefore considered a competitive element, which allows the customer to evaluate and choose the companies that have an organizational structure in which are well-defined roles, responsibilities and resources.

WHAT IS A QUALITY SYSTEM?

E 'the set the organizational structure, procedures and resources necessary to define and achieve the requirements of corporate quality. "The quality management is the responsibility of all levels of management and its implementation involves all staff".

ISO

ISO - International Standards Organization - has developed for this purpose a family of standards (ISO 9000) designed to achieve these quality requirements. In particular, the ISO 9000:2000 defines the common terminology and ISO 9001:2015 (formerly ISO 9001:2000) defines the requirements that the organization must have to implement the Quality Management System in order to obtain certification from part of a third body.
