Grout Sealer

Our Grout Sealer provides protection for grout joints keeping them looking new. It forms a tough, water and stain resistant coating that keeps water and grime from contaminating tiles and grout.

  • It is easy to apply with a spray on application
  • Can be used on all tiled surfaces including bathrooms and kitchens

For general application:

  1. Always test in an inconspicuous area before use.
  2. Clean grout before use.
  3. Spray product liberally over grout joints to ensure full coverage, ideally 10-15cm from the surface.
  4. With a clean dry cloth, wipe off any excess.
  5. Allow surface to dry for 4-8 hours before use.

IMPORTANT

Always test on an inconspicuous area before use.

Use only as directed. Harmful to pets. Especially in the case of asthma avoid inhalation of vapour.

Do not try to seal before the grout has cured. We would recommend at least 3-day cure time before sealing (although some grout manufacturers may recommend slightly longer). If the grout sealer is applied too soon it can soak into the grout – it should sit on top of the grout as a clear coating.

Important:
We recommend at least 4-8 hours waiting time before exposure to water (for example, using the shower).
Zeps’ Grout Sealer is a clear coating and can be used over any colour of grout. Zep Grout sealer is just meant for the grout joints, any excess product should be wiped off the tiles.

We do not recommend using the sealer to seal unglazed tiles and grout as it may change the appearance/finish on the tile, and it will be hard to get a uniform finish spraying over full tiles.
